Lists every format convt recognizes, with its id, extensions and MIME type. Use the `id` values for `input_format` and `target_format`.

Not every pair converts in the cloud. The [Formats](https://convt.app/docs/reference/formats) page lists the targets each input can reach through the API.

`GET /v1/formats`
